The Gilded Grove is a boutique-style marketplace concept currently in development for the Orange Park, FL area—designed to be a curated retail collective for small businesses. Anchored by Felicity + Asher Boutique, the space will feature high-end booth rentals for approved vendors looking to showcase their products in a refined, stylish setting.

Unlike a traditional open-air market, The Gilded Grove will emphasize quality, presentation, and brand alignment. All vendors will be carefully vetted and onboarded under annual subcontractor agreements to maintain a consistent, elevated experience for customers.

Sales will be handled through a streamlined consignment-style platform, and marketing will be a major focus—including a dedicated website with vendor profiles, product spotlights, optional marketing packages, social media promotion, and community-driven events like food truck pop-ups and holiday markets to drive consistent foot traffic.
