Return Process

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at felicityasherinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  2. Return Approval: Once we review your return request, we will send you instructions for returning the item.

  3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Please use a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  4. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).

  5. Refund Process: If the item passes our inspection, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for a refund, including:

  • Sale items: All sales are final on discounted or sale items.

  • Gift cards: We do not offer refunds on gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom items: Due to the nature of custom or personalized products, these items are non-refundable.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at felicityasherinfo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue, and you may be eligible for a full refund or exchange for the damaged item at no additional cost to you.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is processed, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please note that we do not have control over bank or credit card processing times.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if the item has not been worn, washed, or damaged, and the original tag is still intact. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at felicityasherinfo@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the item you wish to exchange. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the original item. The item must be returned in its original condition before we can process the exchange.

Exchanges can be made for a same-priced item. If the exchanged item is priced lower than the original, we will refund the difference. If the exchanged item is priced higher than the original, the difference will be charged before shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If the refund has still not appeared, contact us at felicityasherinfo@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
