Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues. Please note that Felicity + Asher Boutique is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
Order Changes + Cancellations

Local Pickup
For customers in the local area, we offer Local Pickup at our pop-up markets and events when available. During checkout, you can select the "Local Pickup" option if you wish to pick up your order at one of our upcoming events. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification with event details and instructions on how to collect your order.
